Yes. I have been stuck in this first chapter for months now. I've written, re-written, and repeated.

I am so frustrated!
I am aware that all my first chapters are awful, but I really wanted to break that rule for once.
I've turned my critic so high that I can't go past the first paragraph!

Do any of you have any tips on how to overcome this block?

:confused: hmm it's not possible to comment on your new journal entry . Some error message blablah.
Anyway I'm pretty sure that the people who giving you a headache about the way you see Amanda and Lara are not very mature.
I like Amanda and I also thought that Lara was pretty hard on her in both games. Don't waste your energy one haters. Because haters gonna hate. Use your energy for more Amanda arts and fanfiction :)
